For anyone thinking about this
Prepare to be impressed! The decor is modern and inviting, with spacious rooms that include luxurious bedding and stunning mountain views. The attentive staff made my stay seamless, and the close proximity to the airport and Richmond Night Market added unexpected fun. I can't wait to return for another stay!

Just a balanced option for a fleeting stay in Richmond with real value for money. The bedroom floor was a bit dirty, which was disappointing. Make sure to ask about the shuttle schedule if you're arriving late.

From the moment I entered Versante Hotel, I was captivated by its elegant decor, especially the handcrafted chinoiserie rug in the lobby. The spacious layouts and thoughtful designs enhanced my comfort, making it easy for me to navigate as a senior.
Valet parking service needs improvement during busy times.

I stayed in a Deluxe Room for three nights and loved how spacious it felt. The soaking tub was a real treat, and the heated bathroom flooring was a luxury touch. The bed provided great comfort all night long. I appreciated the thorough job the cleaning crew did. my room was spotless every day. Staff at the front desk were friendly and accommodating. The hotel’s location is perfect, just a quick drive to the airport and nearby malls. The only downside was the valet parking system. It felt a bit slow during peak times, but the valet staff were still polite. The a la carte breakfast had good options but was somewhat pricey for what you get. Overall, my stay at Versante was enjoyable with minor glitches.

Heated bathroom floors and a Dyson hair dryer made the stay exceptionally comfortable. The room was generously spacious with excellent amenities, and it was a bonus to be able to stream content from my device to the TV. However, breakfast was overpriced, and the restaurant experience lacked variety. Though the location was convenient, the valet service was noticeably lacking during peak times.

Business travelers need to check this out
The room I stayed in was beautiful and had great ambiance the staff really knew what they were doing at the bar the Mojito was a standout. The location is perfect for quick bites and getting around to the Skytrain, plus, the staff were trained well, always polite and attentive.
Yeah, it wasn't inexpensive but still acceptable for the quality you get.

The hotel was very visually appealing, and I enjoyed the cozy comforts offered. The heated bathroom floors were a wonderful surprise, and the room's ambiance was enhanced by the thoughtful lighting options. However, my experience was marred by a frustrating payment issue, and unfortunately, I had an unpleasant encounter with one of the shuttle drivers. Despite these setbacks, I found the overall amenities and comfort level in my room to be top-notch, making it a worthwhile stay.

missingWrote a review on Jun 02spacious roomsmart windowslimited dining
The Superior King Room offers spacious layouts with comfortable pillows and a unique interior design that enhances relaxation. Funky smart windows provide convenient light control and an excellent view of the surroundings.
The hotel sits in a somewhat sterile area surrounded by shopping centers and condominiums. Dining options are limited, and the breakfast restaurant doesn’t serve good coffee-something I really need to start my day right. Plus, without a car, exploring outside the hotel becomes nearly impossible due to the remote location, leaving you feeling a bit stranded.
