The hotel rooms are nicely decorated and brand new, with exceptional customer service. The location is convenient, close to Richmond center, shopping centers, and a night market. It's also within an easy walking distance to a grocery store.

The staff assisted with any request and early check-in. The location in an industrial area was excellent. There were amazing views of the North Shore mountains. It was not too far from a shopping mall and other sights in Richmond.

I recently stayed at Versante for a weekend getaway and had a fantastic time. The decor throughout the hotel is truly unique and well put together. The staff were incredibly friendly and created a fun atmosphere. The on-site restaurant was exceptional, offering delicious food and great ambiance. I absolutely loved the dreamy rooftop pool and hot tub, which were perfectly heated for an evening swim. The sunrise view of the North Shore mountains made up for the industrial lower view.
Strongly recommend this hotel.
